Job Type: Part-Time
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager / Shop Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Associate to join our screen printing and embroidery team. This role ensures that all products meet our high standards before they reach our customers. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and an understanding of screen printing and embroidery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect finished products (screen printed and embroidered) for quality, including correct design placement, color accuracy, thread consistency, and cleanliness.
  • Identify and document defects or inconsistencies and communicate issues to the      production team for correction.
  • Ensure garments match order specifications (sizes, colors, quantities, styles).
  • Maintain records of inspections and quality data for tracking trends and improvement.
  • Collaborate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of      approved products.
  • Assist in developing and refining quality control procedures.
  • Perform basic garment handling tasks such as folding, trimming threads, or packaging when needed.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of workstations in the QC area
  • Assisting with freight check-in when needed. 
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the production team such as trimming for embroidery, folding for online stores, etc.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in screen printing, embroidery, or apparel manufacturing is      preferred but not required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and communication.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity for handling garments and small threads.
  • Ability to work in up to 90-degree heat during summer months. 
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending.

Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Customer Service Associate to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact with customers and play a critical role in ensuring orders are accurate, deadlines are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in-person, by phone, and via email in a professional and      courteous manner.
  • Managing accounts for repeat clients, building rapport with clients. 
  • Assist customers with placing orders, product selection, artwork approvals, and      order updates.
  • Accurately articulate and enter order details into our management system.
  • Communicate timelines, pricing, and production processes clearly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, or complaints efficiently and positively.
  • Work closely with production and art departments to ensure job accuracy and      timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as invoicing and filing.
  • Learning products and freight check-in daily. 

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (screen printing or apparel industry is a      plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of screen printing and embroidery processes (training provided)
  • Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and email platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with design proofs or familiarity with artwork approval processes
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Experience with shop management software (e.g., Printavo, InkSoft, Chipply)

Physical Requirements

  • On-site role with customer-facing duties
  • Ability to stand and lift of up to 50lbs
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Screen Printer to assist with production. In this role, you will be setting up screens, operating screen printing equipment, and producing high-quality printed apparel and merchandise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in producing consistent, clean prints, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is a plus but willing to train the right individual. Please note: our production area can be very hot during the summer months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate screen printing machines
  • Align and position garments on platens 
  • Mix and apply ink accurately
  • Maintain clean and organized print stations
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
  • Assist with cleanup and breakdown of equipment after each job
  • Ability to follow safety and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable with a positive attitude
  • Must be punctual and a team player
  • Part-time hours (flexible scheduling, approx. 24 - 30 hours/week)
  • Potential for more hours during busy seasons.
