We understand that pricing is an important factor for our customers, which is why we take several factors into consideration, including the amount of product needed, the brand of the product, and the number of colors used in the design. Please note that we require a minimum order of 12 pieces, as we do not print for less than 12.

To ensure the highest quality results, we require all artwork to be provided in a vector format, including .ai, .eps, .cdr, or a PDF saved directly from the vector software program. This ensures that the design is crisp, clear, and ready for the screen making process.

 At The Ragg Company, we take pride in providing high-quality embroidery services to our customers. At our facility, we have both a 6 head and single head embroidery machine. This enables us to offer a wide range of embroidery services, including personalized embroidery on hats, shirts, bags, and more.

Our embroidery pricing is based on the size and stitch count of the design, ensuring that you get the best value for your investment. We are also equipped to accept pre-digitized designs in .emb or .dst file formats. Our extensive font library allows you to choose from a variety of fonts to personalize your items.

If you need your logo digitized, we offer this service for a small, one-time fee. Our expert team will ensure that your logo is digitized in the correct format needed for embroidery.

 We are proud to offer direct-to-garment printing using our Brother branded DTG printer. This cutting-edge technology allows us to print high-quality, full-color designs directly onto garments, making it a great option for smaller orders, complex designs, and special occasion items.

Our DTG pricing is based on the amount of ink used for printing, which means that we can provide accurate pricing once we have seen the image and know the color of the garment it will be printed on. We take care to ensure that our pricing is fair and competitive, while also delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers.

To ensure the best results, we require all artwork to be submitted in a .PNG format with a transparent background, and in the colors needed for printing. Please note that we are unable to edit .PNG files in our printing software, so all files must be printer-ready.

We are able to offer 3ft or 4ft width, we can print banners to any length required, ensuring that our customers get the perfect size for their needs.
